AIMNERA / PRIVACY / 01
The data Aimnera needs for accounts, licensing, payments and secure client operation.
Email, profile name, order and license history, device status, security logs and support requests.
To protect the trial, hardware data is converted into an irreversible technical fingerprint. Raw serial numbers are not stored in the database or logs.
To create accounts, issue and recover licenses, limit the trial to one PC, verify payments, deliver updates, prevent abuse and handle support requests.
Telegram and public blockchains process payment information under their own rules. Aimnera stores invoice and transaction identifiers, amounts and status, but never asks for seed phrases or private keys.
Public pages use Yandex Metrica tag 112160599 for visit statistics, traffic sources and interface improvement. Session Replay, click maps and outbound-link tracking are enabled.
Metrica is disabled on account, administration, sign-in, registration, access-recovery, checkout and payment pages. Aimnera does not send license secrets, payment credentials or recovery tokens to the analytics tag.
Data is retained only as long as needed for the contract, security, accounting and dispute resolution. Requests for access, correction or deletion can be sent through Aimnera support; some records may remain for mandatory retention periods.
