Contact Aimnera support with your account email, order number, payment method and reason. Never publish private keys, seed phrases or full access credentials.

Approved refunds use a method supported by the original payment rail. Telegram Stars are refunded through Telegram; cryptocurrency refunds require a verified address plus network and fee checks.

Refund timing and eligibility depend on applicable law, activation status, the nature of the issue and payment-provider rules. Requests are reviewed individually and these terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
